These city parks parks have dedicated areas for off-lease dog activities. Many of these parks have water, shade and poop bags available, but not all. Your human should always come prepared
Ash Street Park
Tigard, OR 12899 SW Ash St. - Fenced, No Water, 0.17 acres
off Burnham Street near downtown Tigard
This wheelchair accessible off-leash dog area is located off of Burnham Street on Ash Avenue. The site is approximately 10,000 sq. ft. (100 x 100 ft.) and has limited parking. There is no running water, but there is a table and bag dispenser. The Ash Street Dog Park is open dawn to dusk, 7 days a week.
Potso Dog Park
Tigard, OR 13200 SW Wall St. - Fenced, Small Dog Area, 1.55 acres
Wall Street off Hunziker. Located on Wall Street off Hunziker Street, the park is a cooperative venture between the City of Tigard, Coe Manufacturing and the Tigard Dog Park Committee, a citizen group.
Potso will be open on weekday evenings from 4:30 p.m. until dusk, starting Monday, March 30, 2009. Potso will continue to be open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from dawn until dusk. The gates are locked at all other hours.
The Potso Dog Park contains the following features: perimeter fencing, double gated entry area, signage, shaded picnic tables, benches, interior perimeter path, smaller interior fenced area for little dogs and puppies, dog drinking areas, parking for 16 cars (two for disabled) and landscaping.

No parking is allowed in the Coe Manufacturing parking lot.

Summerlake Park
Tigard, OR 11500 SW Winter Lake Dr. - Fenced, Water, 0.61 acres
Summerlake Park is located in northwest Tigard, south of Scholls Ferry Road and east of 135th Avenue. (11450 SW Winterlake Drive).
Three foot-bridges cross its waterways, making Summerlake the centerpiece of this park. The lake is home to numerous waterfowl and aquatic animals. This area of open space is interspersed with small wooded areas where you can enjoy the natural surroundings. Tennis courts, basketball court, two playground areas and several picnic tables provide recreational opportunities. Summerlake Park offers one reservable picnic shelter which includes a barbecue grill and tables.
Since spring 2000 the Sorg Rhododendron Garden has been growing with plant donations and purchases. Volunteers help with planting, bark dusting and other maintenance chores in the garden. Near the garden and parking lot is a small fenced and landscaped dog off leash area.
Restrooms, Ball Field, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Walking Trails, Playground, picnic tables, grills, Lake and wildlife. Picnic Shelter- Accommodates 150 people, Covered pavilion with 9 stationary tables, Electrical hookups, 4' x 2 ½' barbecue grill.
