Arroyo Park
6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Arroyo Park is located off Chuckanut Drive on Old Samish Road in the South Neighborhood.
There is a gravel parking area for Arroyo Park along Old Samish Road.
Dogs are allowed off leash on all trails.
Lake Padden Park
6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Lake Padden Park is located at 4882 Samish Way in the Samish Neighborhood.
- There are two entrances to Lake Padden Park on Samish Way. Use the east entrance to access the Lake Padden Golf Course, boat launch, playground, picnic shelters, ball fields, and dog off leash area. Use the west entrance to access the tennis courts and fishing dock.
The fenced off-leash area near the ballfields in the southeastern part of the Park. Trails as designated at the east end of the Park between the fenced off-leash area and Galbraith entry on E. Samish. A dog water exercise area near the ballfields area (east side of lake) is signed for dog training/exercise. Dogs are restricted to entering Lake Padden only in this area.

Sehome Hill Arboretum
6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
The entrance to Sehome Hill Arboretum is located on Bill McDonald Parkway at 25th Street near the South end of Western Washington University's campus in the Sehome Neighborhood. Map
Dog allowed off leash on all secondary trailsDogs must be on leashes on all paved trails plus the Jersey Street and Arboretum Walkway which are the two trails at the bottom of the Arboretum abutting the University campus.
Bloedel Donovan Park:
6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Bloedel Donovan Park is located at 2214 Electric Avenue in the Silver Beach Neighborhood.

Whatcom Falls Park
6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily
Dogs allowed off leash: The Waterline Trail (south of Whatcom Creek) west of the Water Treatment
Plant to Bayview Cemetery and the trail from the Waterline Trail south to Lakeway.
Whatcom Falls Park is located at 1401 Electric Avenue in the Whatcom Falls Neighborhood. There are two entrances to Whatcom Falls Park. To access the sports field and upper playground, use the entrance at 1401 Electric Ave. To access the picnic shelters, fish hatchery, lower playground, creek bridge and derby pond, use the entrance on Silver Beach Road off Lakeway Drive.
Little Squalicum Park
6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Directions
Little Squalicum Park is located on Marine Drive at Lindbergh Avenue in the Urban Growth Area.
Dogs allowed off leash on all Trails. (Note – Little Squalicum Creek may contain hazardous chemicals which may be harmful to animals. Also, the Little Squalicum Beach area is NOT owned or regulated by the Bellingham Parks and Recreation Department.)
Post Point Treatment Area
4th St, Fairhaven, Wa
The field, trails and the lagoon water designated area adjacent to the treatment facility are open for dog training and exercise. City park regulations apply to this area.
