Portland has lots of Dog Daycares so what makes Virginia Woof Dog Daycare so special? The daycare is exceptionally clean and very well run, but what makes Virginia Woof truly unique is the staff. A division of Outside In, Virginia Woof is an employment training program for at risk youth. The first Virginia Woof Dog Daycare opened in 2005, at 16th and West Burnside. The program was so successful that a second location was opened in 2007, on Martin Luther King Blvd.
