In March Fido and Lady got to talk with a Lady that spends her life helping dogs to feel better. Rubi Sullivan of Heal Animal Massage Therapy.
Rubi recently lost her best friend, Cinder to autoimmune hemolytic anemia. This is a condition where the red blood cells are attached by the immune system. Cinder’s treatments included, blood transfusions, ultrasounds and many many tests. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough to save Cinder.
My friend Ruckus, of RuckusRules.com has organized a fund raiser to help cover some of the cost of the treatments Cinder received. If you’d like to help please contact Ruckus@RuckusRules.com.
If you would like to know more abut Autoimmune hemolytic anemia, Rubi has provided some links.
