Imagine the life of some dogs, sitting in thier back yard, unable to run or play. Unable to do more than wonder a feet from the porch or tree they are tied too. The owners know the dog is unhappy, but they can't let the dog run, it isn't safe, they don't have a fence to prevent their best friend from wondering into the street, or getting lost.
