Diabetes is of two types they are diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus. Diabetes is a metabolic disorder caused by insufficient production of insulin produced by the gland called pancreas. Anti diuretic hormone, insulin is responsible for the absorption of glucose into the cells to generate energy, if the production of insulin is less, energy produced will be low and so diabetic patients are found to be dull and sleepy.
