Sloppiness of dog adoption group??

My husband and I were supposed to have a home visit/meeting with the dog by one of dog rescue group on Sunday. We cleaned the house and made our house dog proof as possible. The interviewer(the dog’s foster mom as well) gave us the date last week saying that she would get back with me regards time but she didn’t. So this evening, I just emailed her and asked for the detailed interview time. Surprisingly, she told me that the pooch had found a home for her this week.

I have a 7 month old hound mixed breed who is extremely active. She runs constantly when she’s outside, playing with our larger dog (a hound/Ridgeback mix), and she hates coming inside unless it’s to eat. After that, she’s ready to go back out and play until it’s time to come in for the afternoon.
The problem is, Daisy (the little dog), always looks underweight. She has long, skinny legs, and she has very little body fat. You can see her ribs a bit when she’s standing still, and even moreso when she starts eating. I feed her approx 3.5 cups… Continue reading
