Shamia Harris, Melvindale Basketball Harris scored 11 of her game-high 19 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Cardinals over Lincoln Park to clinch the outright Downriver League championship Feb. 18.. Harris also scored a team-high 14 in a win over Anderson on Feb. 15 to grab a share of the league. It is the first girls’ basketball league championship in school history.
