I heard a rumor that Gulf Coast humane society is cruel to their animals. I also heard that they put down as many animals as possible and the owner of the Gulf Coast Humane society keeps most of the money donated to himself.

UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH THE U.S. NAVY AND THE U.S. SPECIAL
OPERATIONS COMMAND THAT WILL ALLOW COAST GUARD PERSONNEL TO TRAIN
AND SERVE IN THE U.S. NAVY NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMUNITY,
