Our Westie has Addison’s. It was detected after cancer surgery 2 years ago. He is on a daily dose of prednisone(2.5mg) and goes for injections every 28 days. They say he will be on this form of treatment for life. The vet changed the dosage of prednisone to 2.5 every other day. Four weeks later he began to vomit every morning.
