As many of you know Fido and I foster for Oregon Dog Rescue, each week we invite a dog to come stay with us. We spend the week working with our guest teaching them skills to help them find a home. My job is to make sure their play skills are top notch, will Fido teaches cuddling and looking cute. That's why we are really excited that our friends at Oregon Dog Rescue have taken a big step forward in being able to help out even more dogs. It's been a long time coming but Oregon Dog Rescue will soon have a new facility. Their new location will be at 6700 Nyberg Road, right across the street from the Tualatin Pet Smart, where they will continue to hold weekly adoptions. Continue reading

This article recently ran in an Oregon News Paper, how sad is it that that the school superintendent didn't bother to learn the facts, and relied on popular myth. The dog safety program had recently switched to the pit bull from a golden retriever, because the golden got too excited and jumped on the kid and they were afraid someone would get hurt.
