PLEASE NOTE: 

You may experience some 'contest display' formatting errors and the inability to 'vote', on Windows 7 systems with Internet Explorer 8 or Internet Explorer 9.

Typically this issue only occurs on 64-bit versions of windows 7 with IE-8/9.  However it may also occur on 32-bit versions as well.
